About the company:
- 1990 – PROKES & CoCZ, s.r.o. founded
- 1993 – PROKES and german company WOCO formed joint venture to specialize in manufacturing precise rubber parts for automotive industry
- 2001 – PROKES & Co.SK, s.r.o. founded in Slovakia
- In 2002 was set up joint venture with swiss Datwyler – production enlargement of protective parts for automotive brake systems
- 2004 – new business activities with significant car producers and their suppliers in Russia
- 2006 - joint venture with WOCO and Datwyler was closed down – business development with russian automotive industry suppliers
